These terms govern your use of WolfTix to purchase, manage, and use tickets for live entertainment events. Effective: May 1, 2026.
Tickets are licenses, not property. They are revocable at the venue's discretion for violations of venue policy, age restrictions, or applicable law. Refund and transfer terms are governed by each event's specific policy, shown at checkout.
Refunds available within 14 days of purchase, up to 7 days before showtime, unless event-specific terms differ. Cancelled events: automatic full refund (5-10 business days). No refunds for missed events.
Payments processed via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Fraudulent charges may result in account suspension and reporting to law enforcement. Disputes initiated within 60 days of purchase via the patron support flow.
WolfTix is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. ADA seating available in every section. ASL interpretation, hearing loop, and accessible parking available on request — contact venue 48h ahead.
