What time should I arrive?+
Doors typically open 60-90 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime to allow time for parking, security, and finding your seat. Premium lounge access opens earlier.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?+
Yes — tickets are transferable up to 24 hours before showtime. Open your Wallet, select the ticket, and tap Transfer. Comp tickets may have transfer restrictions.
What's the cancellation and refund policy?+
